i had an horrible experience today. I was there at 8:50 for a 9am appt. The guy asked if I was waiting and I said yes but that I was going to walk across the street. He apparently made a note for them to call me which the shop took as they could put my car aside. I found that out when I asked about the status of my car two and a half hours later. My car was finally done at 12:30 with no apology.
RecommendedI definitely would recommend Robert Magee for your next car purchase. He helped me get through my first car purchase making it very easy. I wasn’t even planning on getting the car that day I was just looking but I was getting such a good deal and I didn’t need cash down. I had a great experience and Robert made everything I wanted possible.
Fantastic service from the used car dealership! 5 stars for Dwain Thornton in sales off airline. Buying a car is often worse than having all your teeth pulled. In this instance it could not have been better! I even laughed a lot and got the deal I wanted! Great job Dwain and thanks for the laughs!!

I was helped quickly by Fred Jones when I came in during a game on a Saturday looking for an end-of-the-year deal on an SUV. He was extremely polite and I appreciated that he respected me as a buyer and directed all the purchasing questions and financial stuff to me and didn't assume that my partner was going to be making those decisions.
