I had a great experience at Team! I emailed for pricing and got an immediate response from Cameron Scarbro. She was excellent and helped me figure out pricing on the car I was interested in looking at. When I got there she had already gotten me set up with Bre Loving, who would be my salesperson. Tried to pull the old bait and switch on me. I was told the car was there but when I arrived 30 minutes later I was told it had been sold that morning. AND of course they had other vehicles they would sell me. I walked off immediately!! Can't trust them AT ALL!! Ended up at Richards Honda and got a sweet deal with Justin Stagg. The team at Richards stayed late to accommodate me.
Was offered 6000 less for my trade than what the dealership up the road offered. All because the Manager put the wrong price on his truck. Was even told the price was gonna go up after I left. They had to honor the price!! They basically made it such a sorry deal that I would back out. Stay away from Team Honda.

If you're looking to buy a new or used ride, go to team honda and ask for CAROLYN LONG. She did everything in her power to get me into the exact car I wanted. She worked with me night and day and earned my trust through calls, texts and emails. I drove three hours to work with her and she kept her word on every promise she made. NO UNEXPECTED FEES. She stayed true to every single thing we discussed. I could never thank her enough for her time and patience through my first ever car purchase. ♡
We drove down there a 3 hour trip. Called several tines and got down there the car was filthy and the price we we were offered was 10k less than what they said on pur car. Would never go there again. Every car we looked at was filthy.
i had an horrible experience today. I was there at 8:50 for a 9am appt. The guy asked if I was waiting and I said yes but that I was going to walk across the street. He apparently made a note for them to call me which the shop took as they could put my car aside. I found that out when I asked about the status of my car two and a half hours later. My car was finally done at 12:30 with no apology.
