Worse experience at a car dealership I ever had. Called them and asked if they had certain cars in their lot and was told yes. I informed him that I'm driving for 50 miles away. Got there and was told none of vehicles listed weren't there. Then tried to sell a wrecked car. There is a car that's still listed that I was told won't pass inspection.
ALWAYS ASK FOR THE CARFAX!!! So, we bought a brand new (less than 20 miles) CRV at Team Honda in 2018. The buying process was easy and we thought that we had made a great purchase. At the end of 2020, we traded it in for a larger vehicle at a different dealership. When getting the trade in value, we were shown the carfax for our Honda. There was an accident reported on it 1 week before we purchased it and we were not informed. This accident brought our trade in value down by about $3,000. Absolutely amazing experience! I’d been looking for a minivan for months, these guys had the one I wanted, the price was beyond reasonable and the whole team was a pleasure to work with. They even delivered the car to me. Hands down the best dealership I’ve ever worked with.

Had the BEST car.. 2008 Mazda 6 and unfortunately I killed it and had to search for a new car. Found a 2017 Mazda 6 online at Team Honda and went to look at it yesterday. Sawyer was very helpful and did a GREAT job showing me the car and helping me with the whole process. Thank you so much Sawyer and Brian!! Hoping my new car will be just as good or even better than my old one. RIP ZOOM ZOOM!!
