Me and my wife drove down from Mississippi to see about trading her Civic in because we needed more room . We were met by JR in the parking and away we went . My wife knew exactly what she wanted and within 30 minutes we were signing the papers on a 2016 Pilot Touring . He got all the paper work drawn up and Mrs Cathy explained all the financing . I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey oct 16, 2020 by the end of November check engine light came on brought it to my mechanic as the p0304 code came up went to change spark plugs oil in cylinder and upon inspecting all the spark plugs and all but cylinder four looking old and cylinder four barely any wear and tear they knew about this problem so they put a band aide on it! I was traveling when my tire pressure light came on. I arrived at the dealership at 7 a.m. on a Friday with no appointment. They were so helpful; got my car right in to check the tires, reset the system and sent me safely on my way!! Very professional, quick and friendly!
