Ordered and item over a week and half ago from Ashburton to Rolleston must be so far away, lol. Kmart needs to change there shipping company or at least read the reviews I recommend all businesses read reviews before selecting this company there are slow on delivery even when it's only 45mins away. There customer service team can't give you your actual delivery date they can only guess. Or does the show that it isn't well managed if you can't have your deliveries on time.

Tried to say they delivered yesterday but that’s a lie as someone was home all day, instructions were also given to leave under cover on back step which was also ignored. Rang this morning and still no update. I’ve paid for delivery so why should I have to pick up and why couldn’t person on the phone confirm it would be delivered today. Terrible service
