ORDERED A PARCEL FROM AUCKALND TO TAURANGA. ITS BEEN 3 days since, I ring them up and they don’t even have it in their system yet!! TERRIBLE !!! SORT IT OUT. IT SHOULDNT TAKE 3 DAYS FROM A PARCEL TO AREIVE FROM AUCKLAND
We where just trying to pick up a package, it says online they close at 5 and staff where there but just didn't want to come to the door while the door was locked because apparently due to them they close at 4. So mabe they should update there system online and come to the door when customers are there.
