Parcel was CAREFULLY labels and addressed, a very clear written address “block letters” — they reckon “they attempted to deliver” but was “unable” too - the address they were suppose to deliver too was clear all day, I was home all day and it’s not up a hill or long driveway… we are on a main road, delivering address is on off road parking shopping centre…now I’ve been waiting 2 days for them to “investigate” as they marked it as delivered and then not delivered.. THEYVE LOST MY PARCEL!🤬

Team global express were amazing ,they understood my urgency to deliver a bed to auckland for my dad they made it happen..will definitely use this company again.
Dreadful company to deal with. Delivered me an item from Briscoes but left me with 2 very large plastic and wood unwanted pallets. After numerous phone calls from myself and Briscoes for them to come and collect them and constant promises over 2 months this still has never happened. Fortunately Briscoes have come to the rescue and will now collect them.
