I recently used The Hastings depot of Team Global Express and found them to be helpful, courteous and open to feedback e.g."its not easy trying to bring a large box through the entrance door and up 3 stairs". I dealt with 3 different staff members over 3 different visits and all went out of their way to be helpful.
Great bunch of guys & very helpful.
Just want to commend Dan for his awesome customer service, he was really helpful and quick response and quickly solved my issues. Thanks Dan
