They delivered my laptop to a random property and the delivery driver just signed it himself. Had to go collect $1000 worth of gear that was just dropped on a random houses doorstep. So bad.
Dare I say worst delivery company ever. Ordered from CottonOn over a week ago and still nothing has come despite the estimated delivery date being the 28th. I got in contact with customer service via email and they said they were handing the issue yet have obviously failed to do so. Also the customer service was emailing me from outside of Auckland. Tried to call them as well and was on the phone for a while so just hung up.
After reading earlier reviews, I was initially hesitant. However, over the past year, this company has made a noticeable turnaround. The service has been quick, responsive, and much better than expected. Credit where it’s due.
Worst company in New Zealand
Sent emails, no reply... Called for an hour, no answer...The AI assistant is useless... Unbelievable service!
