My package has been having a relaxing staycation in their warehouse for seven days. And now it's possibly in their driver's truck having a scenic joyride around Auckland before it gets dropped off to me probably next week. Worst courier ever. Update: failed to deliver yesterday. Out for delivery again today. The original ETA for this package was six days ago.... 🤦♀️
Do not deal with this company they say out for delivery then you will get a email saying delivery attempted then you gotta wait all weekend to speak with someone cause there not open weekends and then when you call them they will say sorry hopefully it will get delivered today. Also they receptionists was rude and had a attitude like its my fault.. 1 star service
Just as bad as aramex. My parecel has been Out for Delivery and then back In Transit for more than a week now. When I call them they say they cannot see any of this on their end, how? I can see it on a their website but they can't see it themselves? Ridiculous, worst service ever.
Awful customer service, driver consistently complaining and arguing on site with un realistic requests and rudeness to our entire team. Called dispatcher to ask for assistance and explanation on one of drivers requests and essentially got no reasoning just consistent back talk and blame on our company
Called to report a dangerous driver and they didnt anwser the phone or havw anything to say foe themselves after what I saw I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
