My package looks like it’s enjoying its almost week long processing at one of the Auckland branch’s, was estimated to be delivered yesterday and still no updates. So disappointed
Driver waited for me to answer the door and I had my baby with me - so he asked where to place the parcels and put them down inside my front door for me! Was very pleased and way better service than NZ post who just knock and dump at the door without waiting a moment

Driver broke my letterbox jamming a parcel in there that was too big for the letterbox. Total Global Express refuse to take accountability. Customer service is terrible. Get your parcel delivered by literally anybody else.
They delivered everything quick and to my doorstep. Great
