Are your drivers blind? Can they not read the address on the package? This is the 4th time this has happened where the driver in our area (New Lynn) has delivered the package at the wrong house. It clearly says house number 3 and our house also has a number 3 on the door but they keep driving straight into the driveway and like blind people drop the package outside house number 1. Employ drivers that are competent and can read for christs sake

If this company ends up handling your parcel, you might want to pray to every god out there. I placed my order through Shop app, so there’s no way I could have entered my address incorrectly. But my delivery was taking unusually long so I checked the tracking and found that my parcel was heading towards the bottom of the South Island. The Team Global Express Auckland driver carelessly rear ended hit my car in Glen Innes areas ( doing a U Turn at busy T-Junction without checking their blind spot). I tried to contact the customer service team and been referred to courier van owner number as they all are franchisees i believe. After countless attempts to call, email but no answer or respond i gave up, leaving my car damaged as I only have 3rd party insurance . They delivered my laptop to a random property and the delivery driver just signed it himself. Had to go collect $1000 worth of gear that was just dropped on a random houses doorstep. So bad.
