Tricked me into taking windshield protection and ding coverage and than coils not cancel coverage. Car drifts is n Katy freeway and northwest freeway. I believe that this is a safety issue and a am very concerned. Neither the dealer nor Subaru would claim any responsibility,
Our Salesperson Brian was great, but Amir the GM of sales is the worst and treated us terribly. I had a simple question about pre qualifying for a car and then he proceeded to explain to me how I would never be able to afford a car when that was utterly false. He was horribly rude and when we told him we didn’t like the way he was treated us he told us to go elsewhere. He also called me and attempted to rather aggressively get me to agree to the price of the car over the phone. Not sure why Amir was hired but he has terrible... read more

I had a wonderful experience all around with the Gillman Subaru North! From the moment we stepped in to look at the Subaru Outbacks, we were welcomed by Brian and then Robert Telkamp who answered all of our questions. By the time we left, I had ordered the perfect Outback thanks to Robert and the manager, Daniel Ellis in the color I wanted with every else in it that I requested. I'm overjoyed with the service and professionalism at this dealership!
Get your financing before getting there I don’t have think they give the best deal and I think their add ons are excessive.
