Calling to make an appointment was quick and easy. Driving up and using the express service was efficient. The call letting you know your vehicle was done was courteous and professional. The complimentary wash helped give my vehicle a fresh look. The service team was knowledgeable and kept me informed about the recall and service rendered.

The service department customer service is outstanding. They are extremely sensitive to their customer needs. They are totally focused, Their waiting room is outstanding, They keep you advised as your car is being serviced. When the service is complete they go over each detail of the service and make sure the customer doesn't have any questions.

As always, the service at Gillman North is very exceptional. I had service at another Subaru dealer one time in their service was marginal at best.

The service advisor is efficient. Location is ok but waiting area needs atleast somethin to munch while waiting. Other than beverages.

Poor customer service from management. Getting the paperwork done was a nightmare. messed up window film not fixed. Salesman LIED about extended warranty and the management said they would make it right. NOOOO left many messages and never a return call and then was gaslighted.
