Gillman Subaru and Patrick Clausen have been our trusted go to dealership and salesman since 2005. I have had a Lexus as a secondary car, but the service and trust from Gillman Subaru has now made us a 3 Subaru family and happily so.

I ordered a subaru part from them and it has been a NIGHTMARE. They sent me the wrong part even though I provided them the vin number of my car and they are refusing to refund me for the part even though it is their mistake I would NEVER work with this subaru dealership again!!!!

I replied to earlier email requests for feedback and one telephone call for feedback. apparently, the dealership did not like what i had to say as I have had not one response except this request for feedback. additionally, i wrote an email to Jeff, who supervised the sale, outlining the pluses and minuses of my Outback and did not even get a response that it had been read.
