This was my first time buying a new car by myself and the overall experience from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. The customer service was welcoming the minute I walked through the front door. My sales person Shanaz was exceptional. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured through the entire process. I also appreciated the follow up session with Steve D’Aunoy to go over all the features in my new car.

Knowledgeable people at the service desk who explain what they are going to do to your car when you bring it in for maintenance. I had the 30,000 mile oil change which involved several checks on fluids, brakes etc. The charges were fully explained to me upfront. I even know what needs to be done in the future.
