Calling to make an appointment was quick and easy. Driving up and using the express service was efficient. The call letting you know your vehicle was done was courteous and professional. The service department customer service is outstanding. They are extremely sensitive to their customer needs. They are totally focused, Their waiting room is outstanding, They keep you advised as your car is being serviced. When the service is complete they go over each detail of the service and make sure the customer doesn't have any questions.

As always, the service at Gillman North is very exceptional. I had service at another Subaru dealer one time in their service was marginal at best.
