The dealership has excellent customer service in every area that I have dealt with so far. I have one criticism. It took over 2-1/2 hours to see someone in finance after I committed to buying the car. I understand they were busy that day, but the wait was too long. Once I met with a finance person, the process went fairly quickly and the personnel were courteous and informative.
Great communication and follow up, Patrick was easy to work with and Stephen really helped out with all the new functionson the car once it was delivered.
Friendly, courteous, and the wait time was acceptable. The gentleman who checked me out even contacted SiriusXM to take care of an issue with the satellite radio.
The service writer went above and beyond to get my car fixed. The Check Engine light kept coming on and it wasn’t an easy problem to find. It took several days for the technician to find deep within the engine there was an oil leak. My car is almost 8 years old with only 55,000 miles on it. I was given a loaner so they could order the parts, make the extensive repairs and make sure there were no leaks. Best customer service I love everyone very nice nake you feel comfortable very efficiently on service
The service department is friendly, very clean, and does a good job. They take reservations and are open on Saturdays. Not unlike some other dealership service departments, they are expensive.
