I am very pleased with the service Dept. at Gillman Subaru North. This is my first Subaru, and they have been very helpful with explaining things regarding maintenance... and I didn't even buy my Crosstrek from them!!

Gillman North's customer service has gone drastically downhill and we will not be going back to that location.
Knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy. Excellent facilities. Since I really knew what I wanted, there wasnt a need to see lots of different models - they recognized that and we zeroed in quickly.

Very nice waiting area, with viewing window of the service area. All personnel i had contact with were friendly and helpful. I met one of the lead service technician as I had specific questions about the engine oil level..He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a very nice salesman, Brian A. I was needed to drive whatever it is I wanted to buy, between a Cross Trek and CX5, which conveniently was right next door. After driving both, the Cross Trek won. Of course, the color I wanted wasn't at the lot, but they were able to find what I wanted by later that evening. They drove it in from Louisiana the next day.
