We found a cat and bought it found a problem as we were leaving after paying cash the trunk would not open so instead of them looking at it they said we would have to make an appointment and rushed us out. So it seems when they get their money we are a nobody.
I received prompt, courteous service. Everyone at Subaru was very helpful. I highly recommend them.

They were knowledgeable when I had questions and worked with me to make sure I understood.
My car went in for a recall, and I was amazed at how quick they had my car back to me. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime, and when I got my car back, it was quick, easy, and the service was excellent.

Knows and relates their cars well. Test drive was quite helpful as I was unfamiliar with this car.
Dealership sold me a lemon, admitted it was a lemon, pretended to fix the problem for 5 months and then said the only way they would “make it right” was to “allow” me to trade the vehicle (at a huge loss from what I had paid for it 5 months prior) for another purchase. My vehicle was in their shop for a week each month with no solution. I finally lost it when they had my vehicle for over a month with no communication. “The manager is on vacation.”
