Craig and his staff were unbelievably helpful during the process of buying a new home and relocating from Wisconsin to Gainesville. Cross-country moves are tough, but Craig's knowledge of the area and local market helped us find the perfect home for us at a good price. I would recommend Craig and his staff to anyone.
We interviewed several realtors who suggested a range of prices for our home- all of which were significantly more than the home ended up appraising for. Craig did a detailed analysis of our area and suggested a price that fit the area and ended up being very close to the appraisal. Craig and Amanda have great communication skills, and really listened to what we wanted in a house and neighborhood. We were able to maximize our short amount of time by only seeing properties that were perfect for us. We were also impressed with their connections in the community. Craig is very professional and personable. His team, Team Dynamo stays on top of every aspect of one of the biggest transactions most of us deal with, our home. In addition, I like Craig's relationship with fellow Bosshardt realtors; they came to our home to do a walk-through,and brought their insight to our home to help prepare for the sell of it.
