Craig and Team Dynamo's advice for preparing our home and Craig's work during negotiation provided value to our home sale, we highly recommend them. He wisely put together a group of people with different distinct functions that all worked very well together. We were always satisfied with the quickness that we got questions answered and the quality of answers received.

Craig and the associates at Bosshardt Team Dynamo were so helpful through the home buying process! I was able to find a great first home that met all of my needs and was within my budget. They worked hard to get me the best deal they could and were knowledgeable about everything. They even helped me find a fence company to do my yard. I would definitely use Team Dynamo again!

How do I spell amazing when it comes to Craig and his team. He is knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and available, and a total professional. He doesn't waste time getting to the business of selling a home and literally never gives up, offering encouragement and a positive attitude when things don't go as planned. In reality Craig Wilburn knows what he is doing, adding the icing to the cake he is back up with a team that will get the job done. I am very pleased with Craig. He and his team did what they said they would do. He provided a high level of service and communication. The game plan to sell our home was precise. I was given a detailed review of the market. We were given great counsel on what needed to be done to showcase our home. I can see why Craig came so highly recommended and am glad we were able to work with him.

Previous realtor did little/nothing after initial listing. In six months had ONE offer, way too low. Took the house off the market for three months due to holidays, back on the market with Craig in February and it was sold in five days, for the asking price, as is, for cash. Craig Wilburn is a consummate professional. Always pleasant to deal with, he and his team are client focused and solutions oriented.
