Craig delivers what he says he will, he got us more for our house then we expected. Craig was a pleasure to work with. He seemed very knowledgeable about the housing market and was able to answer all our questions about utilities, clean-up, junk removal, give great recommendations for fixing up the home like carpet cleaning, landscaping, and painting to sell it, and got us through closing without us being there which was great since we lived over 7 hours away.
