This team did a great job between finding a property for us and getting the negotiations done. Our agent, Whitney, found a property on the first day it went on the market and that was the house we purchased. The team got documents put together and sent to us in a timely manner. They are familiar with other agents, attorneys and lenders in the area and they made sure everything was in order for processing a timely closing.

We enjoyed working with Team Dynamo. Nothing went wrong in the process and we ended up with the house we wanted for the price we wanted! Each team member was pleasant to work with. A couple of things were overlooked. We were told that we would get a final walk through of the house, but it never happened. Other than that, follow through was good.

Our realtor was Julia Ariet. She was available all hours of the day and unfortunately some nights too! She and Terry Manner make an awesome team. She was on point about what we wanted and did not waste our time showing us homes that would not meet our needs. The home we bought was somewhat out of our price range, but with her negotiation skills we were able to get for the right place. Team Dynamo has restored my faith in realtors. At first, we did not feel a realtor was needed as we could sell our house by ourselves. However, after dealing with Craig and his team, we have become believers in the realtor system again. Craig was VERY KNOWLEDGABLE and made the entire process simple. I did not work with Craig, I worked with Malcom Askew. Buying a house a huge investments and requires a lot of knowledge that I was ignorant to. Malcom @ Team Dynamo was very patient, respectful and took time to explain everything. As a client, I felt my best interest was his priority; which is very important to me!
