We purchased a Hay rug from Tea and Kate which wore really badly. Despite immediately accepting that the product was faulty and confirming that Hay would provide a replacement, 15 months later, we are still awaiting the replacement. This is despite the fact that Hay have confirmed that they sent two rugs to Tea and Kate and they are now refusing to send another. Kate, meanwhile, does not respond to emails.
