Extremely incompetent. Took on a negligence case well over a year ago. Made all the excuses in the world to justify the delay. After one year after repeated complaints were lodged the fundamental act that caused death and medical negligence which was witnessed by an entire family and all this Mark Warner can say was we can't believe what your version as the records don't show that. Absolutely disgraceful. Complete cons. Never go anywhere near them.
