I’ve used this firm twice and am yet to be convinced that they know what they are doing. I waited 6 weeks to get my motorhomes broken fridge sorted and then was expected to wait another 7 weeks to get the required part fitted. I was told it was working on electric which it isn’t .When I queried this the response was rude. My fridge will be fixed next Friday by another firm and the motorhome is only required for a day
Do not use them for damp repair.Had van in May 25 for underneath damp repair.Checked the repair still some soft wood between 2 small renewed wood(12in x 12in n 5in x 22in) Took back this morning, Steve had a look at it got the damp meter out, no damp readings BUT admitted it was soft. Will NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Charged for 2 8x4 sheets of ply probably used less then a 1/4 of sheet refund for a sheet. This repair cost a lot of cash WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
I have a Luna clubman 2006 took it to T C M for a repair to front of van collected it today after been away for 10 Days what can I say an excellent job it's like a new van would recommend to anyone that has any problems with there van
Excellent service from the team at TCM. From initial enquiry Jonathan was so friendly and helpful, really putting the customer first. Steve was also fab, a spotless repair and in super-speedy time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to you all, you won’t be disappointed
