I got Richard and his company to replace my flat roof of felt with fibreglass. The job was carried out in 2021 and I was given a written guarantee of 20 years. Recently I have noticed a couple of water marks on the ceiling and contacted Richard to come and take a look with a view to get it sorted. I have had a couple of excuses about being short handed and then the van was with his mechanic being fixed. Now my texts are not being delivered. Guess I will have to get it fixed myself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!
The job was done in 2019 (Cornwall). In 2022 I called Richard to let him know that the fibreglass was thin and osb visible, he told me he was having a knee reconstruction in London and would not be able to help and advised me on paint to use to cover up (i knew then i was up the creek). All in all it was a poor job and has only lasted 3years as the fibreglass has bubbled and delaminated in places also. Im now getting quotes to get it fixed. Avoid if possible using TCF. Now moved out of cornwall, probably for obvious reasons.
