They are fraudsters. If you let them in the old bloke will distract you while the other one starts the work and does as much damage as possible to force you into a contract with them. They will prettend to work wihtout the intention to finish and they will keep asking for more and more money. Sooner or later you will recognize that you became a victim of a common scam and will send them away. Your garden will be ruined and you will lose the money you already payed.
