Poor customer service.
Pretty good price for the caravan,ready when they said although they had forgotten the awning and solar panel in the deal as per advert we did have to show them a screen shot of the original advert so they did give us a battery and a water carrier. Make sure of what's actually in the deal before you leave,other than that the van seems perfect.
£17500 for a caravan, battery was flat on day of collection, they wouldn't replace it, It was either walk away from my £1000 deposit or spend £130 at the store next door. Things got worse once the van was home in storage and I got a closer look. It hadn't been cleaned out, thick dust everywhere, Removed the yellow carpet protectors they fit, to find carpets stained and not vacuumed, Previous owners toothbrush was still in bathroom cupboard, And I'm still waiting for my warranty , which was promised next day via email, 2 week... read more
