The absolute worst gp in fife. More chance of winning the lottery than getting any appointment. Anyone needing an appointment is better calling 111. There's a reason this gp is rated 2 stars and below
This practice has done a lot of work to improve their operations. The doctors were already great to deal with and now the rest of the machine works smoothly and with a friendly manner
Same complaints as over a year ago by many others on this site and they said they are trying to improve things, clearly no change.!! Its very very difficult to get access to a GP in person or even by phone. Recently I have been given the wrong advise by the reception team which then entailed three separate visits to the medical centre. I also requested that the practice manager contact me on their return from annual leave some 18 months ago regarding another complaint....still waiting !! The worst GP one could get. They gave cold responses, showed no empathy, and seemed to only make my blood pressure rise and harm my mental health. When I confronted them about their bad service and attitude, they justified it by saying the NHS is a 'free' service. However, as an international resident, I had paid a large sum for the NHS. I was stuck with this GP for the past 2 years. I tried to change the GP several times, but nothing worked due to the area regulations they have.
Absolutely appalling Dr called Monk. Will register an official complaint. No wonder this practice has such dire reviews
