Reception Staff need to training on how to speak to the public, this is mainly One particular member of reception staff (gets reported all the time. They know exactly who is is) is incredibly rude and unhelpful everytime.. it’s like she doest want to be there or help even the simplest of calls causing most people to dread even making a call/app after waiting and trying over 100 times to actually get through your met with this absolute pudding, I come off the phone worse than when I phoned in.. i Have complained before about ... read more

Disgusting. Called to enquire about medication for severe depression and fit note. Was given an appointment in 2 weeks time with mental health nurse who couldn’t do prescription or fit note. Was told doctor would call next day to discuss. Phoned 4 times throughout the day to see if the doctor would call. 10:30pm and surprise no call. God help anyone having intrusive dark thoughts and feelings. Taymount surgery should be ashamed of themselves it takes some people slot of courage to ask for help and this is how they’re treated... read more

All disabled spaces have been full every single time I have been here by people with no disabled badges,Where do the people who actually have a badge park????Why is this not monitored and enforced? Are disabled people actually with badges not welcome to go to the doctors??
