Absolutely appalling experience with this agency. Reported a serious plumbing issue — no working bathroom sink or bathtub — and it’s been over three weeks with zero action. Emails ignored, no updates, no urgency whatsoever. This level of neglect is unacceptable and shows complete disregard for tenant wellbeing. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy chasing basic repairs for weeks on end.
Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with , advertising properties for offers over ! They mean 15k more ! Just to get you through the door . Advertise it for the actual price and stop messing people around.
