Without a doubt the worst company I have had to deal with. Stay clear! The issues with the agency started from the 1st day of my tenancy as I went to the office to pick up the keys and they were very surprised to see me as they had forgotten all about arranged date for the specific property. They tried to push me to collect the keys in a day or 2 which is bizarre as I had a van booked to move my furniture which would've meant me losing money as well as time with zero compensation offered. Kieran provided the property viewing at the earliest and was always there to reply to mails and calls without any delay or confusions. Really happy with the service and support they provide. Great experience letting through Taylor’s. Spencer the agent was very accommodating and responsive throughout and any concerns or issues were dealt with fast so I never felt worried or delayed. On moving day, all documents had already been signed so it was a quick and easy process allowing us to get moved in straight away. Thank you to James and the team! Would definetly seek to rent or buy a Taylor’s property again.
