Terrible service , never pick up the phone & disorganised with my tenants. Worst experience I will never let my house out to them again.

They will never refund your deposit come what may, lecherous individuals , go with any other letting agency but this one .
Trust me you would rather stay homeless then rent from them , they will throw every excuse in the book to fleece you . You can also kiss your deposit goodbye cause you ain't ever seeing it again.
