The branch was very informative when I needed help on my property valuation and explaining the process.
I recently did a viewing with Theo Goff, being a first time buyer he was very informative and answered all of my questions about the process which was extremely helpful. By far the best agent I have viewed with so far.
Didn't send any view booking confirmation. Neither by email or sms. Fit someone who needs to travel 3h and needs to organise several views on a single day... An email or sms confirmation would help, so I can sit and pass it onto calendar... Any other agency has done that.

Although I had several confirmations for the viewing, Isobel turned up 20 mins late for the viewing despite the offices being 3 mins drive from property and admitted that she was in the middle of having her lunch and also hadn't put the viewing in her diary.
