Absolutely first class service from Jack at Tailormade. They had sold out of the Stiga battery lawnmower I wanted. They got the model I wanted from the distributor and it was delivered to my home all in 4 days. Also first class service from Fed Ex delivery. Many thanks.
Truly remarkable quality of staff and exceptional level of service,evidenced by Andy driving 150 miles, and back, to sort out my newly bought lawnmower which, unknown to me, I had accidentally filled with diesel rather than petrol. A service well beyond the call of duty
Favouring the manufacturer where warranty claims are concerned, not the customer. Two separate occasions totally ignored input from a seasoned engine builder about issues. Typical uttoxeter "island" mentality. Never again!
