Appalling service. TW are still responsible for parts of Holt Park development in Hook, Hants, which is still not adopted by council after 18 years. Despite commitments from Managing Director, following local MP involvement, and numerous (10+) emails, a bollard remains damaged outside homes which it protects. This has been unresolved for some 8 months now with no resolution in sight and many empty promises!

Terrible customer service, in the 4 years I have been here I have always lived with some sort of default and have spent an awful lot of time and annual leave chasing or being home to be let down. When NHBC invite Taylor Wiley to our home they don’t even bother to show up. Work that had to be completed to correct mistakes was never completed as specified and has led to progressive issues later down the line and an unsafe garden for my children.
