I can't give 0 stars. From start to finish an absolute shambles. Customer service is beyond awful. Staff are clueless, rude and incompetent.
Amazing experience if you like to buy a house but after-sale below any expectations. They will give you false promises, do not deliver on agreed timescales and ignore your emails and calls. Their Associate Customer Director should stay in good relation considering issues with the house but below any expectations. AVOID at all costs.
Taylor wimpy are a disgrace there after care is non existent. They never return your calls we have emailed and telephoned on many occasions not one reply. Once they have your money they just do not care. The management do not have the decently to call you. We have had an ongoing situation now for many months and nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Would I buy from Taylor Wimpy again NO WAY.
