I don't often leave reviews but I felt in this case I had to. I noticed that most reviews were from sellers, but I am writing this as a buyer. From the moment I contacted Lynn about the property I was interested in purchasing she was fantastic, so helpful and friendly on the phone and kept me well informed about my viewing etc. When I came to making an offer Lynn was on holiday but Derek was also equally as helpful and friendly during this time and made everything happen smoothly. I recently instructed Taylor William for the sale of my house in Falkirk and had a really positive experience. Lynn and Derek were very knowledgable about the local property market and were always on hand to respond to questions. They helped to make the process seamless and I would recommend them to anybody looking for an estate agent in the Falkirk area.
Had a great experience with Lynn and Derek both with my sale and purchase. Very knowledgeable and gave great advice and help at all stages. Got me a better price than I expected for my own house.
