I visited Kristen for a pregnancy package when I was 41 weeks pregnant. The experience was wonderful and included reiki, reflexology, ear seeding and the use of crystals. I walked away feeling so calm and relaxed and I went into labour 2 days later! I would recommend Kristen for any therapies. Her home studio is so tranquil and Kristen ensures your comfort and relaxation is key.
Friendly and professional. Excellent foot reflexology treatment which worked wonders for my calf and Achilles pain.
Kristen is extremely knowledgeable and consistently goes above and beyond to tailor treatments precisely to my needs. Her expertise and intuition shine through in every session—she doesn’t just treat symptoms, she treats the whole person. I trust her implicitly, and I always leave feeling completely rejuvenated, I recently had AuricuFlex, the treatment was unbelievable, I felt completely free, it was amazing!
