As someone who has always bad posture and has a stiff back from gym usage , Neil was excellent in helping me with these problems and I no longer have these issues. Neil increases my flexibility in my back in the first session as my back was so tight I couldn’t reach my toes but could at the end of the first appointment. I have had myalgic encephalitis, hypomobility and fibromyalgia since the age of 14 and over the years it has got worse and worse, my parents even paid for me to go over to switzerland to get treatment and it worked for a short amount of time but that was it!! I have been a patient of Taylor Osteopathy for the last 2 years due to recurring low back issues. Neil carefully examined and diagnosed my problem at my first appointment and administered some manipulation that resolved my immediate pain. He also advised stretches that I could perform daily at home to prevent further issues.
