Our property is with Taylor & Martin and whilst they initially showed promise when new in the past year or so communication and transparency with residents has been exceptionally poor. Either they have scaled up the properties they are responsible for too quickly and are understaffed or choose to elect to ignore emails received from residents raising concerns. We lived in a property factored by Taylor & Martin for six years. We found the company to be professional and proactive. Our property manager Rachel Melville is extremely knowledgeable of tenements and the nuances of conservation area buildings, and is passionate about keeping these old properties in running order, while preserving historical character. Been waiting for over 4 weeks for a roofer to come out to look at a property this lot manage. Between them and the roofer I have had zero contact and it is always myself chasing. Wouldn't recommend.
