Only one Problem. I had a problem with my GPS and they said they would try a reset first. Well it fixed the backup Camera but now my GPS does not work at all. They are looking into it. If I would ahve know this would have happen I would have just left it. Hopefully they get and answer fast. I miss my GPS.
It was a friendly and easy experience. The entire staff made me feel comfortable from the time of my first visit a few years ago while shopping for a new car.
Everything has been great from Sales dept when I bought the car to my recent oil change. I had maintenance done at Taylor Hyundai with my other car as well and it has always been a good experience.
Trevor was very friendly and helpful explaining everything about the car. He got us a sunroof without having to buy all the other things in a package we did not want to pay for. He got us a good price. When he said he would do something he did it when he said he would. For instance, he signed us up for Blue Link when we picked the car up after the sunroof was installed instead of when we paid for the car so we would not be using up our free trial period while the car sat at the dealership and moonroof installation center. It is always a pleasure to deal with the employeesof Taylor. They go out of their way to be accomodating and make the experience pleasant.
We like the cars --- this is the second Hyundai we've bought from Moe. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly & knowledgable about the products, & how to operate things in the car. The cookies were good, too!
Very quick service work, was kept informed about the progress of the work. The shuttle service was excellent. All employees were extremely nice and professional.
THE ONLY THING I WAS DISSAPOINTED IN IS I HAVE A HEADLIGHT COVER BROKEN ITS JUST THE PLASTIC PIECE AND I ASKED WHAT IT WOULD COST AND WAS TOLD 350 DOLLARS THAT IS JUST RIDICULAS. I LOVE THE DEALERSHIP AND THE CARS WE BOUGHT WHICH IS NOW THREE, BUT I CANT PAY THAT KIND OF MONEY TO FIX A PIECE OF PLASTIC AND NOW I DRIVE AROUND WITH IT LOOKING BAD. I WANT TO KEEP COMING BACK AND BUYING CARS THERE BUT THIS VISIT WILL SURE MAKE ME THINK TWICE BEFORE I BUY AGAIN. THANKS MIKE HAAS
