This appointment was for recall work on side-curtain airbags for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was surprised when I found out the work wasn't done at the dealership (it was subbed out - I should have been told beforehand in my opinion). We were wanting a car with good gas mileage. Pat Jr. suggested the Elantra as a very fuel efficient solution. He showed us the advantages of the car and let us decide for ourselves. There was no pressure to purchase, yet every effort was given to help us in our process by answering our needs. I had bought a Kia Forte back in March of 2011 and was taking it out to that dealer for oil changes. I live in Perrysburg and Sylvania was quite a drive. I didn't know until I scheduled this appt. that I could come here. This location was very convenient for me and they did as good as a job and were just as friendly. So...Thank you very much! This is my first Hyundai experience and it was unlike any previous auto sales experience. The courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of everything, including the huge service bay were most impressive. The transaction was completed in very short order and all staff were very efficient.

I had a coupon for Summer Service Special and needed an oil change badly. They guy I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful when I called with questions, and then James who did the service work, took time to ask questions and make sure I was well informed. Plus, the waiting area is great - tv, wi-fi, coffee, cookies, etc. I will go back if/when I need more service.

Service was good,just wasn't pleased with my free car wash.It was not washed well they offered to re-do but I had to get to work.I just think people should give 100% from the begining.To me it's like they knew it was a free car wash so,they did a second hand job.That's just my opinion. Thanks for letting me vent.

We came to Hyundai to look at cars and met Moubine - then my daughter bought her car from Moubine and she loves her 2008 Elantra - then I bought 2012 accent from Moubine and we (well me son) loves the car - and as I told Moubine I will be back some day to buy my car Santa Fe - Moubine was very patient answered our questions answered my phone calls and I have been telling people to see Moubine at Hyundai - you are very blessed to have him on your staff. Trevor was a very good salesman. Took care of us very well and found us the best deal he could. He even sweetened the deal by offering car washes and a vacuum once a month. He is going to be a great salesman for your company not pushy or overwhelming at all.

From making the appointment to completing the service required ;the people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. The service was completed in timeframe quoted and I was on my way for the day. In and out without any issues.
