The staff you have put together is amazing. From salesmen to managers, everyone is very friendly and professional. We have bought 6 cars from Brandon and referred several more. He is the reason we come back.
Had VERRRRRY good experince.The only complate i have is with the check engine light keeps going on.I hope that this is not a start of something on new 2012 car.
Brought my Elantra in for it's first oil change. Phil did a was great. They put on my new license plates, reconnected my to the blue tooth, and did a great job washing my car.
We are very happy with our new sonata. It gets great gas mileage, & our monthly payment stayed the same. Phil was very knowledgable on the cars we were interested in.
We were pleasantly greeted as soon as we arrived and felt very "taken care of" during the entire process. Very nice experience and I would definitely recommend the two Harrigan gentlemen to anyone! Class act!
The gift bag when i came out of finance was amazing!Moe answered every question, and from the start made me feel welcomed and at ease. I would tell everyone to go see moe!
Everyone at the dealership, from sales to service are always willing and able to get answers for me. Like I always forget how to work the coffee pot in the lobby. I can ask anyone up front how to do it and they will show me then do it for me. The Harrigan family are very personable. I enjoyed working with them. I've already refered a friend who is looking into getting a new car to go to Taylor and ask for any of the Harrigan's.
would have given all 5 stars but didn't b/c we had just gotten breaks repaired & had rooters resurfaced to have to come back in 6 mos to have the rooters replaced. which probably cost us more money in the long run. but we do really appreciate the discounts you gave us. thanks a lot
When I picked up the car it made more noise than when it was dropped off by the tow company. A few days later it would not start again and I had to have it towed back in. James told me that the starter they had put in initially was bad and that was what was making the noise. Since the new starter has been put in the car so far I have not had any problems.
