Free offer not shared I have already posted my displeasure with the dealership, but a call I received yesterday prompts another . . . I received a call from the service department to schedule my free first oil change. Sounds great, right? Well the oil needed change within a month of purchase which we did and NO ONE explained that there was such an offer in the first place!
