Contacted the practice this morning with an emergency, person who answered the phone was a very very poor example of customer service or care. No empathy, sympathy or understanding regarding my situation. I was very obviously upset but the reaction I received was disgusting. She had not one nice or reassuring comment and absolutely NO compassion or respect for my badly injured pet.
