Not only are they rude & unhelpful but they’ll also make sure you overpay for years! & god help you if HMRC choose to investigate you as they’ll leave you completely on your own. Any explanations you ask for will be met with attitude & jargon that will ensure you have absolutely no understanding of what they’re doing. Avoid like the plague.
I started using this service as I wanted someone to do my taxes, I chose them because they are quite complete, offering some extra services that I didn't need at the time, but I do need now. Best decision ever, all my tax issues in one place with peace of mind
