I am 100% satisfied with the audit defense I received via TaxAudit. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the online system and of the tax professional assigned to my case. I was not prepared for an audit. And I was very fully dependent on *****'s guidance to move this case to completion. This was accomplished during the COVID-19 shutdown while I believe he was working from home. "

I’ve used Turbo Tax for years and signed up for the Tax Audit assistance every year, just in case. I received an IRS audit, which made me extremely nervous, as that’s never happened before.
