I’ve used Turbo Tax for years and signed up for the Tax Audit assistance every year, just in case. I received an IRS audit, which made me extremely nervous, as that’s never happened before. The best decision I made in 2017 was to include Tax Audit with my Turbo Tax return. Maryam M. unburdened me big time in dealing with a huge and complex and potentially very expensive tax problem. Maryam was so pleasant, so positive and fought so hard for me beyond an initial unfavorable decision by the IRS that would have cost me $50K. Maryam persevered until the Treasury relented and I owed $0. I know when Maryam said she cared she couldn't have been more sincere. I will be forever grateful.
