I used TaxAudit when my work {**************} didnt turn the money they took out of my check. So when i got Audited they got me a great woman to work with. She worked on my case for over a year.Made it so much easier and less stressful. Would gladly recommend then .
The individual representing us missed all the deadlines to submit responses or respond (at all on our behalf) to the **** They kept telling us it's no big deal and not to worry. Now our account went into collections and still not getting the assistance I expected from this service. Taxaudit is a scam!
Unfortunately I think this service only provides a false sense of security. I found out the hard way the this "service" really does nothing more for you than you can do yourself and often, you could do better. I received my original audit paperwork in January 2021 and started my case with TaxAudit. I spent several days getting everything prepared and scanned all documents and forwarded them in February. My experience was great from start to finish. Very professional Best money I could spend taking on the IRS.They have very good personnel to work with.
This is the second time I've needed assistance due to audits. As in the past your reps have responded quickly and professionally, I will continue to back my returns up by using Tax Audit.
