Excellent service and well worth the cost. We were audited this year and our representative managed the process and kept us updated every step of the way. Beyond an initial call and upload of requested documents we had minimal involvement. We went from owing a substantial amount + fees & interest to getting back a small additional refund. I file my taxes using Intuit TurboTax and it seem that they sneak in a charge for the Audit Defense without a clear choice to unselect this option. I call Intuit today and talked to a **** who informed me when I asked to cancel this option told me I could not because I had the charge taken out of Federal return. I believe this is a sneaky way for them to generate more revenue without providing customer support.
