Nobody wants to be in the position I am in. However, I have my reasons and they are valid. I am fighting a lengthy 4-year divorce and exhausted all my income. I live payback through paycheck just to pay spousal support. My representative was able to guide me and help me reply to the **** Now it is just a matter of time and luck if the department will hear my story and work with me with a tax break and installments.
