I found the interaction I recently had with my Audit Representative to be less than satisfactory... I'm a paying customer for TaxAudit and while I understand the outcome of my situation, I found my Rep to be incredibly belittling, smug, and rude. I do not recommend.

I was so very, very upset and scared when I was contacted by the IRS for my first audit.
