It was effortless, we just had to provide some documentation and answer a few questions; Jason took over from there. The IRS was saying we owed them $7500, but after Jason worked on our behalf, the IRS said that the total bill is now $0! Like many people out there, we're struggling a bit financially, and having to pay an unexpected $7500 bill would have caused serious financial hardship for us. I found the interaction I recently had with my Audit Representative to be less than satisfactory... I'm a paying customer for TaxAudit and while I understand the outcome of my situation, I found my Rep to be incredibly belittling, smug, and rude. I do not recommend.
